The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Childcare Solicitor to take the next step in their career. You will: • Manage their own caseload of childcare matters • Represent clients in court proceedings • Provide expert legal advice on issues relating to childcare arrangements While Children’s Panel membership would be advantageous though not essential.
