Children & Families Lawyer needed in Manchester Paying £55 per hr ref 000B 1C7A / 1 Full time hours on a temporary basis Key Responsibilities • Manage a caseload of children’s social care legal matters, including care proceedings, pre-proceedings, and adoption • Provide clear, timely, and practical legal advice to Children’s Services and senior managers • Represent the authority in court proceedings, case conferences, and hearings • Draft legal documents, applications, and reports to a high professional standard • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and guidance • Work collaboratively with social workers, guardians, barristers, and other professionals • Contribute to service development and continuous legal and service improvement If you are interested in the role, please email your CV to quoting the reference number.
