The Role:Providing day-to-day residential care (activities, appointments, family contact) for children in crisis. • Engaging and building trust with young people using creative methods. • De-escalating heightened behaviours to maintain a safe environment. • Completing daily records and incident reports to shape care plans. What You Need: • Experience: 6+ months of paid UK care experience (residential preferred). • Skills: Strong de-escalation skills and a calm, resilient, non-judgemental mindset. • Requirements: DBS on the update service (or willing to apply).
