You'll review and validate claim documentation, uphold compliance with internal procedures and industry regulations, and maintain accurate records throughout the process. Communication is key, and you'll work closely with clients and colleagues across departments to resolve queries and keep claims moving forward. Previous experience in a claim handling role, where you are dealing with high-volume calls would be desirable.
