The Role You'll manage a broad range of contentious property matters for both commercial and private clients, including: • Commercial landlord and tenant disputes • Lease renewals and lease termination matters • Dilapidations and forfeiture • Easements, restrictive covenants and rights of way • Boundary and title disputes • Possession claims • Trespass and nuisance claims • Development-related disputes • Advising clients through negotiation, mediation and litigation where required You'll also have the opportunity to supervise junior members of the team, contribute to business development initiatives and build long-term client relationships.
