Class 1 Wagon & Drag Driver Coatbridge Permanent £17.00 per hour Pertemps Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Class 1 Wagon & Drag Driver based in Coatbridge. Working Pattern: • Monday to Friday • Full-time, permanent position • Overtime available Key Responsibilities: • Operating a Class 1 Wagon & Drag vehicle safely and efficiently • Carrying out deliveries and collections as scheduled • Completing daily vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with transport legislation • Securing loads correctly and maintaining load safety throughout each journey • Accurately completing delivery paperwork and using electronic POD systems where required • Providing excellent customer service during deliveries and collections • Adhering to all health and safety procedures and drivers' hours regulations What We're Looking For: • Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) licence • Previous Wagon & Drag experience is essential • Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card • Good knowledge of drivers' hours and Working Time Directive regulations • Reliable, professional, and safety-focused approach • Ability to work independently and manage daily routes effectively What's On Offer: • £17.00 per hour • Permanent, full-time employment • Monday to Friday working pattern • Overtime opportunities available • Opportunity to join a reputable and growing transport business • Supportive team environment with long-term career prospects If you're an experienced Class 1 Wagon & Drag Driver looking for your next opportunity, apply today with your CV or contact Pertemps Recruitment for more information.
