About the roleTradewind Recruitment is partnering with primary schools across Barnet to find a motivated Year 3 Teacher for September 2026. Positions are available on a full-time or part-time basis. Year 3 marks the start of Key Stage 2, and pupils arrive with varying levels of readiness from KS1. You will deliver the KS2 National Curriculum with skill and enthusiasm, ensuring a smooth transition while stretching pupils in reading, writing, mathematics and foundation subjects. You will plan engaging, differentiated lessons, track progress through formative and summative assessment, and collaborate with teaching assistants and SENCO staff to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND and EAL.
