Cleaning Operative Location: Inner London (Zones 1–5, mostly currently) Salary: From £24,000 plus (OTE £30,00 plus) Vacancy Type: Immediate Start, Permanent, Full Time Hours: Monday to Friday09:00am–17:00pm We are a busy and friendly lettings company looking for experienced Flat Share (HMO) Cleaners to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who can hit the ground running and consistently deliver a high standard of cleaning. You will be responsible for cleaning tenanted properties’ communal areas, or individual rooms, in our occupied properties that are either being prepared for new tenants, returned to landlords, or deep cleaned at client request. You will be cleaning multiple properties per day, travelling by public transport around London each day with some of your equipment. Key Responsibilities • Clean multiple properties per day to a high standard, including: • Communal areas and hallways • Kitchens and kitchen appliances • Bedrooms, bathrooms, and en-suites • Carry out deep cleans for: • Properties returning to the market • End-of-tenancy cleans • You must be technology friendly, as you will be using various company portals and apps for reports and communication. • Video-tag properties on arrival and completion and uploading via apps, for verification and payment • Carry company-supplied cleaning products to site each day • Use PPE as per Health & Safety requirements and instruction • Report any issues identified at properties, or informed by tenants to the Property Management team Skills & Experience Required • Previous professional cleaning experience (essential) • Good at English, and able to communicate • Able to use technology; mobile phone apps, portals, Outlook, Teams. • Ability to work efficiently under pressure • Strong attention to detail • Reliable, trustworthy, flexible and professional at all times What We’re Looking For This is a demanding role in a busy environment.
