Client Account Specialist

Join a leading banking firm as a Client Account Specialist! Job Overview We are seeking a resource to support a focused remediation effort within the FIM UK team. This role will assist with post-integration remediation activities and help drive open items to resolution. • Location: London (5 days in office) • Daily Rate: Flexible • Start Date: ASAP Key Responsibilities: • Provide operational support on KYC-related remediation activities. • Ensure remediation work is completed accurately and in line with internal policies. • Good understanding of data quality topics and the importance of accurate client and account data. • Review and process internal documentation (non-client facing role). • Support senior project manager in driving remediation workstreams. Key Requirements: • Strong understanding of data quality and client/account data accuracy. • Exposure to KYC, client documentation, or regulatory processes. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Should be comfortable working independently, prioritizing effectively, and following up proactively on open items.
