Insight Manager
London (Hybrid) | Up to £45,000

The Role
You will lead research projects end-to-end, with a focus on brand tracking and campaign effectiveness. This role offers significant autonomy and the chance to influence both client strategy and internal thinking.
• Design and deliver brand tracking studies and campaign evaluation research
• Manage research projects from proposal through to delivery, including data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights and narratives
• Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor on research and strategy
• Develop questionnaires, research frameworks, and proposals aligned to client needs
• Deliver both quantitative and qualitative research, including surveys, interviews, and workshops
• Contribute to thought leadership and support new business activity
• Identify trends and actionable opportunities within research data
Your Skills & Experience
• Strong commercial experience in quantitative research within a media agency, consultancy, or client-side environment
• Proven capability delivering brand tracking or continuous research programmes
• Experience managing stakeholders and presenting insights to clients
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualisation tools such as SPSS, Q, or Qualtrics
• Ability to design research methodologies, questionnaires, and proposals
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to communicate complex insights clearly
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Interest in brands, advertising, and communications strategy
