Job description

FIND Medical are currently supporting a leading healthcare provider in the recruitment of an experienced Clinical Lead Deputy Manager to join a specialist neuro and spinal care service. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to provide senior clinical leadership, drive quality improvement and support the delivery of safe, effective and compassionate care within a complex healthcare environment. The Role You will provide visible clinical leadership across the service, supporting nursing teams to maintain excellent standards of care, governance and patient outcomes. Key responsibilities include: • Leading and developing clinical teams to deliver high-quality patient care. • Driving improvements in quality, safety, compliance and clinical standards. • Supporting clinical governance, audits, investigations and continuous improvement initiatives. • Working collaboratively with MDT colleagues, healthcare partners and senior leaders. • Mentoring staff and supporting the development of future clinical leaders. You will be an experienced Registered Nurse with: • Active NMC registration. • Significant experience within neuro, spinal, neurorehabilitation, complex care or another high-acuity setting. • Proven experience leading clinical teams and driving service improvements. • Strong knowledge of tracheostomy care and respiratory management. • Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills.
