Clinical Manager

We are looking for someone who: • Has proven leadership and management experience in a clinical setting. • Demonstrates strong communication, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills. • Is confident in managing complex clinical and organisational issues. • Can inspire and support staff while maintaining high standards of patient care. • Is committed to embedding clinical governance and promoting safe, effective practice. • Is motivated by the opportunity to contribute to transformational change in community services The group is currently trialling a new Integrated Neighbourhood Team (INT) model following a collaborative event with internal and external stakeholders. This pilot aims to explore team structures and assess the impact on patient experience. While no formal redesign has taken place yet, the outcomes of this trial may inform future service delivery and team configuration across the group. If you are successful in your application, please be aware that your team structure and line management may be subject to change in the future as part of this evolving model.
