Clinical Negligence Solicitor (Claimant), NQ+ Years PQE, Birmingham / Hybrid, £Competitive (DOE) – A new role for an ambitious Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a friendly and supportive team. JOB REF: 4389 THE ROLE: • This is an excellent opportunity for Clinical Negligence solicitors looking to develop their career in a friendly, collegiate environment within one of the UK's most respected specialist claimant practices. • You will join one of the largest and most successful Clinical Negligence teams in the country, acting for individuals who have suffered life-changing injuries as a result of medical negligence. • Working alongside recognised specialists in the field, you will manage your own caseload of claimant matters, with the level of autonomy and complexity tailored to your experience. • Cases range from moderate injury claims through to catastrophic injury, brain injury, birth injury and fatal claims.
