Solicitor NQ – Clinical Negligence
Location: Birmingham
Our client is seeking a talented Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its leading Clinical Negligence team in Birmingham.

The Role
• Manage your own caseload of multi-track medical negligence claim
• Support senior colleagues on complex, high-severity cases
• Handle complex and high-value clinical negligence matters, including obstetric, neonatal, anaesthetic, neurosurgical, cardiac, oncology and psychiatric claims
• Provide clear, practical and empathetic advice to clients throughout the lifecycle of their claims
• Seek interim payments where appropriate to support clients’ rehabilitation and ongoing care
About You
• Newly Qualified Solicitor with experience in, or a training seat in, medical negligence
• Experience handling multi-track and high-value claims
• Strong technical ability with excellent attention to detail
• A client-focused, empathetic and collaborative approach
