My client is seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor (Newly Qualified to 3 years’ PQE) to join a Legal 500-recognised team in Leicester. You will handle a high-quality caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters, initially inheriting files with the opportunity to grow your own caseload. The role includes advising clients on complex and sensitive claims, drafting legal documentation, instructing experts and counsel and attending mediations and settlement meetings. You’ll also support business development through networking and marketing activity. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated and organised Solicitor who thrives in a busy, supportive environment.
