The Office Administrator will: • Provide comprehensive administrative support across the practice. • Process incoming correspondence, emails and documentation accurately and efficiently. • Support patient registration, records management and document workflow processes. • Manage and prioritise a varied workload whilst responding to changing service needs. • Assist with appointment administration and patient communications where required. • Maintain accurate electronic records using Emis, accurx and docamn and Microsoft Office applications. • Support practice projects, audits and reporting requirements. • Liaise professionally with patients, clinicians, hospitals and external agencies. • Ensure compliance with practice policies, information governance and confidentiality requirements. • Undertake additional administrative duties to support the efficient operation of the practice.
