Job Title: Clinical Administrator - Private clinic! Department: Operations Team Location: London, NW1 (Clinic-based, 5 days a week) Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (12 months) Working Pattern: Full Time (40 hours per week) Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 Annually Are you a detail-oriented, enthusiastic professional with a passion for healthcare? Our client is looking for a Clinical Administrator to join their dedicated Operations Team! This is your chance to contribute to a dynamic environment where patient care is at the forefront. Key Responsibilities: As a Clinical Administrator, you will play an essential role in ensuring smooth operations within the clinic. Your responsibilities will include: • Monitoring the admin team inbox and responding to emails promptly. • Answering incoming calls with professionalism, taking messages from patients and customers. • Greeting patients and visitors, updating appointment diaries, and ensuring they feel comfortable. • Handling deliveries and facilitating access for service providers. • Booking appointments for private and non-private patients and liaising with referring consultants. • Compiling monthly stationery orders and maintaining tidy communal areas. • Performing general office duties, including photocopying and scanning.
