Clinical Psychlogist

You will join a small team of qualified Psychologists, Assistant psychologists, Clinical team manager with dedicated Admin support. You will hold a small caseload delivering low intensity, one to one intervention. You will be supported by two experienced senior psychologists and be provided with regular supervision. You will have the opportunity to support ongoing development of the service through taking part in or leading on audits, service development projects and advise the Care Group leadership team on areas that will enhance service delivery You will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills through providing clinical supervision and guidance to assistant psychologists, and you will join the team in monthly group supervision, monthly reflective practice, and monthly CPD led by internal or external facilitators. You will have the opportunity to access both internal and external training to develop your own clinical skills as the team have a healthy training allowance.
