Cocktail Bartender/Waiter

Job Summary Due to expanding business, we have an open position for a friendly and professional Bartender to join our hospitality team on a part-time basis here at Rumba Nantwich. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic bar environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards. Shifts will be varied according to business needs, with rotas published a minimum of 2 weeks in advance, which will include late night weekends. Responsibilities • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, to venue specification. • Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and serve drinks promptly. • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area. • Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to responsible serving policies. • Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently. • Restock bar supplies as needed, including glassware, garnishes, and beverages. • Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and promote ongoing patronage. • Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
