We’re looking for a motivated Collections Executive to join this expanding team. If you enjoy speaking with customers, finding solutions, and delivering excellent service, we’d love to hear from you. What’s in it for you? • Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm • £25,000 basic with realistic first-year earnings of £37,000 • 20 days holiday plus Christmas and New Year shutdown, your birthday off, and the option to purchase additional leave • Access to BHSF healthcare benefits • Death in service cover • Apprenticeship and online training opportunities • Clear career progression pathways • Casual dress days and regular team socials • Long service recognition awards • Free on-site parking • Discounted travel options The role As a Collections Executive, you’ll work closely with customers to agree on payment solutions while delivering a positive customer experience. • Making outbound calls to discuss outstanding balances and agree on payment arrangements • Building positive relationships with customers and providing excellent service • Handling inbound calls and resolving account queries professionally • Taking secure payments over the phone • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records • Working towards individual and team performance targets What we’re looking for • Previous experience in a customer service, collections, debt recovery, or outbound telephone-based role • A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Confidence speaking with customers over the phone • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems • A positive, resilient, and target-driven approach If you’re looking for a rewarding role with genuine earning potential and opportunities to progress your career, we’d love to hear from you.
