The successful Commercial Account Handler will have strong commercial insurance knowledge, excellent communication skills, a proactive and organised approach, and ideally working knowledge of Acturis, enabling them to manage client portfolios efficiently and accurately. Your responsibilities will include: • Managing new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments and policy cancellations. • Preparing professional renewal presentations and documentation for insurers. • Liaising with clients and insurers to achieve the best possible outcomes. • Maintaining accurate and compliant client records in line with FCA and GDPR requirements. • Identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the client portfolio. • Supporting premium funding, credit control and general account administration.
