Job description

• Annual Salary: Up to £35,000 • Location: Potters Bar • Job Type: Full-time, Office-based We are seeking a dedicated Project Administrator to join a busy and established team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured office environment and is skilled in managing multiple project tasks efficiently. Day-to-day of the role: • Coordinate project activities, including simple tasks and larger plans. • Manage schedules, meetings, and project timelines. • Assist project managers and teams with the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information. • Organise and attend stakeholder meetings and ensure that project teams are aware of their responsibilities. • Take minutes during meetings and distribute them accordingly. • Handle financial queries related to projects. • Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings. • Ensure project deadlines are met and communicate on the project status to all participants. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar role. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task. • Proficient in MS Office; experience with project management software is a plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
