Commercial Administrator
£30,000 – £35,000 | Southwest London | Hybrid Working (2 days office / 3 days remote)
An established and fast-growing business is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Commercial Administrator to join its commercial team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This opportunity has arisen due to internal progression and offers the chance to gain excellent exposure across sales, finance, and supply chain functions within a successful and well-known UK brand portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and data-handling skills who enjoys working in a structured yet fast-paced environment. The role is not sales-focused, but will suit candidates with experience in sales support, commercial administration, operations, or customer service support roles who are looking to build experience in a broader commercial setting.
You’ll be joining a supportive team based in modern Southwest London offices, with excellent transport links and local amenities nearby. The company is known for its strong culture, high-quality products, and continued growth across UK markets.
Key Responsibilities
• As a Commercial Administrator, you will support the smooth running of day-to-day commercial operations, ensuring accurate data, reporting, and coordination across multiple departments.
• Produce and maintain weekly EPOS sales reports, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution to commercial stakeholders
• Support the coordination and administration of promotional activity across key customers
• Submit and manage promotional plans, ensuring all data is accurate and aligned with internal processes
• Maintain customer and promotional records within ERP systems
• Raise purchase orders (POs) and goods received notes (GRNs)
• Support Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams with daily administrative tasks
• Maintain trackers, shared files, and reporting documents to ensure data integrity
• Use Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas) to analyse data and support reporting requirements
• Coordinate product sample requests for internal teams and external customers
• Provide general office and administrative support across departments as required, including occasional support for HR and facilities coordination
Skills & Experience Required
• Previous experience in a commercial administration, sales support, office administration, or similar role
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and formula-based reporting
• Comfortable working with large datasets and reporting information accurately
• Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confident communicator with the ability to work across different teams and departments
• Proactive, positive, and team-oriented approach
• Experience using ERP systems is advantageous but not essential
