Job description
As a Commercial Content Coordinator, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality commercial content across William Reed's Hospitality and Manufacturing brands. Working closely with the Commercial Content Editor, you will help bring client campaigns to life through engaging content, effective project coordination and stakeholder management. Your contribution will support successful commercial partnerships, enhance client experience and help drive a key area of growth for the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Contributing to the planning, production and delivery of commercial content campaigns across Hospitality and Manufacturing brands
• Coordinating project timelines, schedules and workflows to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard
• Partnering with sales and editorial teams, clients and internal stakeholders to develop and deliver bespoke content campaigns
• Creating, editing and proofreading content across a range of formats, including articles, Q&As, video and event-related content
• Ensuring commercial content is delivered in line with brand, editorial and client requirements
• Monitoring campaign performance, compiling reports and sharing insights to maximise client engagement and campaign effectiveness
What You’ll Need
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
• Experience within journalism, content, publishing, media or a related content-focused environment
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Experience building positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Commercial awareness and knowledge of how content drives client objectives, audience engagement and revenue generation
• Confidence coordinating multiple projects and working with a range of teams to deliver successful outcomes
• Experience using content management systems, project management tools and reporting platforms
