Job description
Senior Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Finance Broker
Location: London / Hybrid
Salary: £45,000 – £80,000 Basic + Uncapped Bonus, £150k+ OTE
We're looking for an experienced commercial real estate finance broker to step into a senior, right-hand role alongside the director of commercial real estate finance - someone ready to help shape the next phase of growth for a well established, award winning and highly professional HNW financial services provider.
This isn't just a broking role. It's a genuine number 2 position, working closely with the Director to drive the growth of the team and the wider business. You'll be a true partner in strategy and new business development - not just executing deals, but actively shaping where the business goes next.
Responsibilities:
• Working closely with the Director to drive the growth of the team and the wider business.
• Sourcing, structuring, and placing finance deals across commercial real estate asset classes - offices, hotels, retail, industrial/logistics, and mixed-use.
• Arranging investment finance, development finance, bridging, and refinancing across a range of CRE transactions.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with banks, specialist lenders, private funders, and introducers active in the CRE space.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities and revenue streams alongside the Director.
• Playing a key role in mentoring and growing the wider team as headcount increases.
• Helping shape processes, systems, and culture as the business expands.
• Representing the business at industry events and with key introducer relationships.
Experience required:
• Proven experience as a commercial real estate finance broker, with a solid track record of placing deals across commercial real estate asset classes
• Strong understanding of CRE lending - investment, development, and bridging finance
• Established relationships with CRE lenders, funders, or introducers
• A commercial mindset - someone who spots opportunities, not just processes applications
• Ambition to grow into a leadership role and help build something, rather than just work within it
• A collaborative, trustworthy approach, you'll be working closely with the Director and need to be someone they can rely on
