Commercial Gas Engineer

Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer Salary: up to £55k + Van + Tablet/ Phone Location: West London My client is looking for a Commercial Gas Engineer to join their team. You will be covering West London; this is field based role. Duties: • Perform reactive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems in commercial and industrial settings • General Plan Maintenance Tasks/ Building service maintenance • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues related to HVAC equipment • Plan and execute onsite work, ensuring minimal downtime and high-quality service • Oversee mechanical and electrical installations, including plumbing and cooling systems • Plant room checks /Air conditioning filter cleaning • Emergency lighting flick testing • Fire alarm testing • PAT Testing • Report on materials and resource needs, ensuring timely ordering for efficient job completion • Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety regulations and best practices • Maintain high standards of customer service, keeping clients informed and satisfied Attributes: Gas Certificates
