An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded disputes team in Leeds. Working alongside recognised Partners, you will advise a broad range of clients on complex, high value commercial disputes across multiple sectors. Client Details Our client is a international law firm with a large office in central Leeds. With thousands of employees across multiple international offices, the firm advises global clients and has received numerous industry awards for innovation, client service and legal excellence. Their Disputes practice is a Tier 1 rated team. Description The Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be: * Advising clients on a wide range of commercial disputes and contentious matters * Managing litigation through all stages of the court process * Working on arbitration proceedings and alternative dispute resolution matters * Assisting with negotiation, mediation and adjudication strategies * Working closely with colleagues across corporate, commercial and other specialist teams * Building strong relationships with clients across multiple industry sectors * Drafting pleadings, witness statements and other key legal documentation * Conducting legal research • * Contributing to business development and client relationship initiatives Profile The Commercial Litigation Solicitor should be: * A solicitor with between 0 and 3 years PQE * A track record in commercial litigation gained within a recognised law firm * Able to manage matters effectively while maintaining excellent attention to detail * Commercially aware with a strong understanding of client's business objectives * An excellent communicator with strong drafting and analytical skills * Comfortable working as part of a high performing team * Motivated to develop a long term career within a large international law firm Job Offer • Salary ranging from £66,000 to £77,000 per annum. • 25 days of holiday leave. • Comprehensive pension plan and performance-based bonus structure. • Hybrid working arrangements • Private medical
