JOB REF: 4696 COMMERCIAL LITIGATION SOLICITOR: This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a dynamic, supportive, and forward-thinking team on a wide range of complex and high-value commercial disputes. While conducting this role, you will be involved in advising clients on complex contractual, shareholder, professional negligence, and property-related disputes, and representing them in mediation, arbitration, and litigation proceedings. You will also play a key role in supporting the wider Commercial Litigation team, supervising junior colleagues, and contributing to the department’s business development and client care objectives. Applications are sought from Commercial Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE. You must have strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with empathy and professionalism in client interactions. Having these skills will help you work well within a team environment.
