Commercial Manager | Civil Engineering | Scotland | Permanent | Hybrid I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Manager to join a leading civil engineering and infrastructure business in Scotland on a permanent basis. Location: Scotland (Hybrid – Office & Site Based) Position: Permanent Salary: Competitive and in line with the current market, plus an excellent benefits package. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven professional with experience managing contracts from pre-contract through to final account. You’ll play a key role in maximising project profitability, managing commercial risk, leading client relationships and supporting the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: Commercial management of civil engineering and construction projects Contract negotiation and administration Cost management, CVRs and cash flow forecasting Managing subcontractor accounts Commercial reporting and risk management Building strong client relationships Leading and mentoring commercial teams About You: Strong civil engineering or construction background Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge Proven leadership and team management experience Strong communication and negotiation skills Results-driven with excellent financial and commercial awareness If you’re an experienced Commercial Manager looking for your next permanent opportunity, please apply
