As the business expands, so too will the role, providing an excellent opportunity to progress into senior operations leadership. Responsibilities: • Project Coordination: Oversee business projects, timelines, budgets and key stakeholders, ensuring delivery against deadlines. • Operations & Reporting: Improve systems and processes, prepare management reporting and board papers, and coordinate meetings and follow-up actions. • Finance & Commercial Support: Maintain budgets, contracts and reporting, liaising with external advisers while supporting commercial initiatives and new ventures. • Founder Support: Act as the Founder's right hand, managing priorities, diary and travel, preparing key communications, and ensuring the Founder can focus on strategic growth. Skills and Experience: • Ideally 3-4 years' experience as an EA, Operations or Project Coordinator. • Office Management experience would be a significant advantage. • Strong Excel skills are essential.
