The Role You will join a market-leading team with a strong reputation across the rural, agricultural and commercial property sectors, advising a broad client base including landowners, farmers, rural businesses, investors and commercial clients. Your caseload will include: • Agricultural land sales and acquisitions • Rural and farming-related property matters • Commercial property transactions • Acting for landowners, farmers and rural businesses • Managing your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy This role has arisen due to long-term succession planning and a developing skills gap within the team, creating a rare opportunity to establish yourself in a key position with clear future progression.
