Commercial Property Solicitor National Opportunity | Relocation Package Available | Cumbria Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a genuine career-defining opportunity and a better quality of life? A highly respected and long-established Cumbria law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its thriving Agricultural and Property team. The Role You will join a market-leading team with a strong reputation across the rural, agricultural and commercial property sectors, advising a broad client base including landowners, farmers, rural businesses, investors and commercial clients. Your caseload will include: • Agricultural land sales and acquisitions • Rural and farming-related property matters • Commercial property transactions • Acting for landowners, farmers and rural businesses • Managing your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy This role has arisen due to long-term succession planning and a developing skills gap within the team, creating a rare opportunity to establish yourself in a key position with clear future progression.
