The Firm A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner to join its busy Commercial Property Department based in Coventry. The Role The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, providing high-quality legal advice and delivering excellent client service. Responsibilities • Managing a broad range of commercial property matters, including: • Commercial property acquisitions and disposals. • Commercial leases. • Business lease renewals. • Contract drafting. • Property-related dispute resolution. • Other commercial property transactions. • Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients. • Managing files effectively from instruction through to completion. • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships. • Supporting business development activities, including marketing and networking. • Identifying opportunities to develop new business. • Working with case management systems to maintain accurate and compliant records. • Applying strong risk management skills across all matters. • Working collaboratively with colleagues while managing a busy caseload. Requirements • Qualified Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer. • Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in Commercial Property. • Extensive experience handling a wide range of commercial property matters. • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail. • Experience with case management systems and Microsoft Office packages. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable manner. • Exemplary client care skills. • Commercial awareness and an interest in business development. • Ability to work proactively and manage responsibilities independently.
