The OpportunityAs part of a successful and expanding Real Estate team, you will work on a varied caseload of commercial property matters and play an active role in building and maintaining strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include: • Managing a broad range of commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion. • Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property. • Acting on landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals, assignments, and licences. • Supporting development and investment transactions. • Assisting corporate colleagues on the property aspects of business acquisitions and disposals. • Conducting due diligence and title investigations. • Drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial property documents. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts. • Contributing to business development and networking initiatives.
