This is an excellent opportunity for a confident solicitor who can manage a varied commercial property caseload independently while delivering exceptional client service. We are open to candidates with more senior experience—the key requirement is the ability to undertake high-quality commercial property work with minimal supervision. The Role: You will advise on a broad range of commercial property matters, including: • Commercial acquisitions and disposals • Landlord and tenant matters • Commercial leases • Property development work • Refinancing and secured lending transactions • General commercial property advice for a diverse client base About You: • Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in Commercial Property. • Able to manage your own caseload confidently and efficiently. • Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness. • Excellent client care and communication skills. • A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
