Commercial Property Solicitor or CILEX Hull Competitive salary, dependent on experience Full time | Monday to Friday An established and highly regarded firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor or CILEX (1–3 years PQE) to join its specialist Pub Team. For decades, the team has advised some of the largest pub companies and licensed operators in the sector, building a strong reputation in this niche area. You will work closely with three Partners, alongside a Solicitor, Trainee Solicitor and Paralegal, handling a broad range of commercial property matters within the pub and leisure industry. While sector experience is not essential, a solid foundation in general commercial property is required. The firm is seeking: • 1–3 years PQE in commercial property • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly under pressure • Excellent organisational and communication skills • A collaborative, proactive approach to problem solving In return, the firm offers a supportive and inclusive environment with genuine progression opportunities.
