Commercial Property Solicitor, 3+ PQE, Greater London, £55,000–£75,000 DOE. Join a growing Commercial Property team offering quality work, genuine autonomy, and the opportunity to help build and develop a successful practice. This role offers a high level of autonomy, with the opportunity to establish and develop your own client base while working alongside an experienced and supportive team. THE CANDIDATE: Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years' PQE and strong experience in commercial property law. You will possess excellent technical knowledge across a range of commercial real estate matters, together with the confidence to manage your own caseload independently. The successful candidate will have strong client relationship skills, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to business development. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively to deadlines are essential.
