Commercial Property Solicitor – Newcastle-under-Lyme An established and highly regarded law firm in Staffordshire is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ PQE) to lead its Commercial Property department. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior property lawyer looking to combine high-quality legal work with leadership, team development and strategic growth. This position offers far more than a traditional fee-earning role. You'll have the opportunity to influence the direction of the department, work alongside senior leaders, mentor colleagues and play a key role in the firm's continued expansion. The role As Head of Commercial Property, you will manage a varied caseload while leading and developing the department. You'll work with a broad client base, including businesses, developers, investors and landlords, delivering practical commercial advice and exceptional client service.
