Job description

Commercial Property Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, North Yorkshire, £Competitive (DOE) – This role offers the chance to advise a diverse client base, including landowners, rural businesses, developers and commercial organisations, on a broad range of property and agricultural matters. JOB REF:4366 THE ROLE: • You will handle a varied caseload covering acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, development projects, rural land transactions and commercial property agreements, with exposure to complex, high-value matters. • Working within a collaborative and well-established team, you'll be encouraged to build strong client relationships, contribute to networking and business development initiatives, and play an active role in the continued growth of the practice. SKILLS REQUIRED: • At least 3 years' PQE in commercial property, with experience or an interest in agricultural or rural property work. • Strong technical knowledge and a commercial, solutions-focused approach. • Excellent communication and client relationship skills. • The ability to manage a varied caseload independently while working effectively as part of a wider team. • A proactive attitude towards business development and networking.
