Job description

Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor NQ-4 years PQE seeking to join a well-established law firm that can offer top quality work along with hybrid working, free on-site parking and a range of other benefits. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with 1–4 years' PQE and solid Commercial Property experience to work on a varied caseload while developing their technical expertise and client relationships within a supportive and collaborative environment. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced property lawyers on a broad range of commercial property transactions, with genuine opportunities for career progression. The Role The successful commercial property solicitor will manage a varied caseload of Commercial Property matters while providing high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base. Key responsibilities include: • Advising clients on a wide range of Commercial Property transactions • Handling commercial property sales and acquisitions • Advising landlords and tenants on lease matters and related property issues • Managing commercial refinancing transactions • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Commercial Property and Company Commercial law • Managing files efficiently and in accordance with firm procedures and regulatory requirements Candidate Requirements Applications are welcomed from candidates who possess: • Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer status • Between 0 and 4 years' PQE • At least two years' Commercial Property experience, although more experienced candidates will also be considered • Experience handling a broad range of Commercial Property transactions • Strong commercial awareness and a practical approach to problem solving • A proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships • Excellent communication and client care skills • Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical abilities • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Desirable Experience The following experience would be advantageous but is not essential: • Agricultural property transactions • Development and site acquisition work • Strategic land and development projects Salary & Benefits The firm offers a competitive salary and attractive benefits package, including: • Competitive salary • Company pension scheme • Private healthcare (single cover) • 25 days annual leave plus public holidays • Option to take additional unpaid leave • Hybrid working arrangements, with up to two days working from home • Free onsite parking • Ongoing training and professional development • Clear opportunities for career progression Why Apply?
