Commercial Property Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Wiltshire, £60,000+ (DOE) - We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 4 years' PQE to join an established Commercial Property team. REF:4599. THE ROLE: • This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive and collaborative firm where you'll work on a varied and high-quality caseload for a diverse client base. • The team advises on a broad spectrum of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, refinancing transactions, and development projects. • This role would suit someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, takes a practical and commercial approach to problem-solving, and is looking to develop their career within a friendly, forward-thinking practice. SKILLS REQUIRED: • Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 4 Years PQE. • Solid experience across a broad range of commercial property work. • The ability to manage your own caseload with confidence and minimal supervision. • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment. • Excellent communication and client care skills. • A keen eye for detail and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
