Community Healthcare Support Worker

You should possess good interpersonal and time management skills, be a good communicator, organised and able to prioritise and work well as a member of a team. Part time hours are available between 24 and 36 hours per week. Evening shifts are 5pm-11pm and night shifts are 7pm - 8am. You will be required to work a combination of both shift patterns and cross over into the South Nottinghamshire areas when required.
