Community IV Nurse - South London

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse looking for greater autonomy, continuity of care, and the chance to build meaningful long-term relationships with patients in the community. You will work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams including dietitians, pharmacists, hospital teams, and other healthcare professionals to deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centred care.
