This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, caring, and has a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others. Day-to-day of the role: • Provide direct support and care to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions, ensuring their comfort and safety. • Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication management. • Implement care plans designed to meet individual needs and promote independence. • Monitor and report changes in health, behaviour, and needs to relevant professionals. • Engage clients in social activities and community programs to enhance their quality of life. • Maintain accurate records of care provided and progress made. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role within the health care sector. • Knowledge of caring for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions. • A driver's license is an advantage, enabling flexibility and support across various locations. • Strong interpersonal skills with a caring and empathic approach. • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently. • Commitment to professional development and adherence to care standards.
