Community Support Worker Cambridge & Surrounding Areas £12.71 - £13.45 per hour | Weekly Pay | Flexible Opportunities Make a Difference Every Day Are you passionate about helping people live independent, fulfilling lives? We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Community Support Workers to join our growing team across Cambridge and the surrounding areas. This rewarding role involves supporting individuals in their own homes and within the community, empowering them to achieve their goals, build confidence, and maintain their independence through high-quality, person-centred support. Experience supporting individuals with Mental Health needs, Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Complex Care requirements is preferred but not essential for those with the right values and commitment. The Role As a Community Support Worker, you will: • Support individuals with daily living activities • Encourage independence and the development of life skills • Provide emotional support and companionship • Assist with appointments, education, employment, and social activities • Support people to access their local community • Follow person-centred support plans • Maintain accurate records and report concerns appropriately • Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, dignity, and positive outcomes Every day is different, and every interaction has the opportunity to make a lasting impact.
