Compliance Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a leading logistics organisation based at their Heathrow warehouse facility. We are currently recruiting for a Compliance Manager to support the business across regulatory compliance, audits, governance, customs processes, and risk management. This is an office-based role, working Monday - Friday in the London Heathrow area. Key responsibilities of a Compliance Manager: • Managing internal and external compliance audits • Supporting customs clearance and MOU compliance processes • Assisting with Civil Aviation Authority compliance requirements • Developing and improving risk & compliance frameworks • Supporting Health & Safety initiatives across the business • Chairing risk committee meetings and providing compliance guidance • Liaising with regulatory bodies and key internal stakeholders The Successful Candidate will have: • Previous Compliance Management experience • Customs clearance knowledge including MOU/BIRDS - essential • Strong understanding of UK compliance and regulatory frameworks • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities • Strong analytical and organisational skills Benefits of the Compliance Manager opportunity: • Salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience. • Full-time permanent opportunity • Career progression opportunities • Working within a very busy e-commerce and logistics industry • Supportive and professional working environment • Ability to grow within the role If this Compliance Manager role sounds of interest, please apply online now!
