Job description

As a Conference Producer, you'll work at the intersection of science, innovation, business and sustainability, shaping the conversations defining the future of food, nutrition, agriculture, materials and water. You'll identify emerging trends, analyse market developments and translate insight into compelling conference programmes that bring together senior decision-makers, innovators and investors from across these rapidly evolving sectors. Through your research, stakeholder engagement and commercial awareness, you'll design and deliver high-impact international B2B conferences that drive strategic discussion, showcase cutting-edge innovation and deliver value for audiences, partners and the business. Working closely with editorial, commercial, marketing and operations teams, you'll ensure our conferences reflect the latest market developments, remain differentiated in the market and deliver against wider business objectives. This role is ideal for someone with a background in research, PR and journalism, who wants to stay close to innovation while influencing how global stakeholders connect, collaborate, and invest.
