Job description

Workplace Pensions Consultant • Salary: TBC, depending on experience • Bonus: Quarterly bonus structure • Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday 35 hours per week • Location: Brighton, East Sussex (remote / hybrid working possible) About the role This is a great opportunity for an experienced Workplace Pensions professional to join a rapidly growing employee benefits team. The company is extremely well respected in the industry, having won multiple awards and being frequently quoted in leading newspapers, such as the Financial Times and The Independent. The focus of the role is managing a portfolio of Workplace Pension clients and generating new pension business from referrals and introductions. You will work closely with the firm's risk and healthcare consultants to cultivate referrals and the general insurance arm of the business. Attend industry events we are attending to develop leads for the business. The company already provides workplace pension advice and has an established proposition.
