Construction Litigation Associate (4+ PQE) Cardiff | Bristol | Swansea | Hybrid Working | £55,000 - £70,000 + Bonus A leading commercial law firm is looking to appoint a Construction Litigation Associate with 4+ years' PQE to join its growing contentious construction team across Cardiff, Bristol or Swansea. This is an excellent opportunity to join a genuinely progressive firm with a strong reputation for complex construction disputes, infrastructure projects and city-centre regeneration work. The team acts for developers, contractors, consultants, social housing providers, investors and public sector organisations on high-value and technically challenging matters across the UK. The Opportunity You will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers on a broad range of contentious construction matters, including: • Adjudication, arbitration and mediation • Technology & Construction Court (TCC) litigation • Delay and disruption claims • Defects and payment disputes • Professional negligence claims • Contractual disputes under JCT, NEC, FIDIC and bespoke agreements • Risk management and project strategy advice The role offers significant client exposure and the opportunity to take ownership of complex disputes while benefiting from a collaborative and supportive team environment.
