Job description

Clinical duties are performed according to an agreed job plan which describes weekly working in a rotational arrangement with other acute clinicians in terms of DCC and SPA activity. The job plan makes explicit allowance for clinical administration within the working week in the form of 1 PA based on a 10PA job plan or above. The rota for the team is done within the team to allow for cross cover and continuity of care. This post involves premium working hours including evening and weekend working. The post is offered on a full-time basis. Office accommodation and medical secretarial/clerical service will be provided. The Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment and promote safeguarding by implementing the Trusts policies and procedures, acting promptly on concerns, communicating effectively and sharing information appropriately. If successful this vacancy will require an enhanced DBS check at a cost of £54.90. This cost will be deducted from your first Trust salary In addition to this it will be a condition of your employment that you will join the DBS update service and pay the annual subscription fee of £16.
