Consumer Duty SME

Consumer Duty SME / Outside Ir35 / Part time 4 days a week £800 p/d / Hybrid Our client a large financial services company are hiring for a Consumer Duty SME. They are looking for a Consumer Duty subject matter expert to support an organisation wide programme focused on embedding and operationalising consumer duty across the society. Key Responsibilities: Act as the consumer duty SME across a large transformation programme Review existing CD frameworks, policies and controls Advise on best practice approaches for embedding and operationalising CD Deliver training, coaching and knowledge sharing sessions when required Work with programme and business teams to ensure CD requirements are understood and effectively implemented Engage confidently with executive and board level stakeholders, presenting findings and recommendations Skills & Experience required: Proven expertise in consumer duty Strong understanding of FCA regulations & expectations Experience working with or within regulatory bodies Track record of advising on consumer duty implementation and operationalisation programmes Ability to provide credible challenge and independent review Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Consulting background or advisory experience would be highly advantageous Reasonable Adjustments: Respect and equality are core values to us.
